“Smiles Happen When YOU Volunteer” was the theme of the 2018 Miller’s Senior Living Community Volunteer Banquet on Wednesday, April 18th. Assisted Living Activity Director Cindy Flagg decorated the Main Lobby and Oak Hill Café using brightly colored smile face balloons and other décor including matching yellow table service. The Dietary Department provided a lovely Baked Potato/Salad Bar for the volunteers and their guest of choice. The Swing Sisters of Mishawaka provided entertainment with a specially designed musical program about the benefits of volunteering. Following entertainment Flagg and Becky Hooley representing Miller’s Merry Manor introduced each volunteer and presented them with a Certificate of Appreciation and a small gift. Door prizes were also were also awarded throughout the evening.
