Moser Arrested by Bremen Police for OWI on Controlled Substance

Bremen_police_black and whiteMonday night, June 4th, Bremen Police Officer Trent Stouder conducted a traffic stop on US 6 and arrested a Nappanee man.  About 8:45 Officer Stouder stopped 23 year old Aaron S. Moser and found him to be Operating While Intoxicated.

During the investigation it was determined that Mr. Moser had been convicted of OWI with in the prior 5 years for a second change. He was operating on a controlled substance with a person in the vehicle for Endangering and was found to be in Possession of Paraphernalia.

Aaron Moser was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
