Potawatomi_Eagles NewsCompleted in May, Wyatt Stephan, the son of Potawatomi Park Director Michael Stephan and member of Boy Scout Troop 251 of Marshall County, planned and supervised the building of “The Eagle’s Nest”, a new rental facility that overlooks the Tippecanoe River and the large pond.

The project took two years to complete and includes a large 25’x30′ patio, a gazebo, picnic tables and a large charcoal grill. The Eagle’s Nest will be available for public use after Potawatomi Park completes sidewalk and ramp access to the facility. The facility will make a nice scenic venue for small group outings with a capacity expected to be approximately 50-60 people. The rental rate is yet to be determined.
