arrested_handcuffsOn Wednesday afternoon, October 17th, Officer Steve DeLee from the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to Urgent Care at the LifePlex on Miller Drive for a male in possession of a fake ID.

During an investigation it was discovered that 29 year old Jorge Oswaldo Aguilar of Plymouth not only had a fake ID, he was alleged to have a bottle of urine in his pants.

Aguilar was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for Possession of a Government ID Not Issued by a Government Entity and Interference With a Drug Screen.  He was held on a $3,000 cash bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
