ArrestedOn Wednesday, March 21st just after 11 p.m. Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 723 Pearl Street apartment B in response to multiple 9-1-1 hang-up calls.

Officers arrived on the scene and met 23 year old Danielle Pawlak who informed them that she had been battered by her boyfriend, 29 year old Travis Franklin.

After officers questioned Travis Franklin about what had occurred, he admitted that he was battered by Ms. Pawlak.  Both parties admitted to physically harming each other.

Both suspects were arrested for domestic battery and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on $750 cash bonds each.
