This school year, the AFS Program brought two foreign exchange students to Plymouth High School, on from Brazil and the other one from Italy. Last Friday those students were honored during the Senior Awards Ceremony.
The two students, Maria Marinho De Andrade Goncalves and Stefania Guarracino were only in the US for 10 months. Not only did they do what was required of them but made the most of their time at PHS by parting in a variety of classes and programs including cheerleading, tennis, numerous clubs and a variety of classes such as Student Publication, FACTS and Theater Arts.
As a token of appreciation, the foreign exchange students were presented with American Flag as a remembrance of their year at PHS.
