Warrant arrestPlymouth Police Officers served several warrants in the last week.  On December 20th, about 2:15 in the afternoon officers were dispatched to the area of 328 North Kingston Road for the report of suspicious male and female outside Dollar General. Officers arrived and located 47 year old Richard Milton of LaPaz. Centralized Dispatched advised Officer Emenhiser that Milton had an active warrant through Kosciusko County.  Milton ran out the back of the store but was later located and arrested for the warrant.

About 8:45 in the evening on December 20th, a vehicle being driven by 31 year old Caleb M Thomas of Plymouth with 32 year old Justin T. Thomas of Anderson as a passenger was stopped for a traffic infraction at State Road 17 and Pioneer Drive.  Thomas and Spier were each found to have active warrants for their arrest through Marshall County. They were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

About 11:30 in the morning on December 21st 36 year old Stephanie Ferree of Plymouth was located by Detective McIntyre at her place of employment, Casey’s General Store on East Jefferson Street.  Ferree had an active felony warrant for Neglect of a Dependent.  She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County jail where she was held on a $7,500 bond.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
