The 2018 season kicks off Saturday, April 28 at Plymouth Speedway with the annual Cabin Fever night of racing. The show will feature UMP Modifieds, Winged Pro Sprints and the non-wing 600 mini-sprints along with full fields of Super Streets and Thunder Stocks.
Grandstand and Pit gates will open at 4 p.m., Hot Laps will start at 6 p.m. and Racing starts at 7 p.m.
“The Playground of Power” got rave reviews from drivers taking part in the preseason testing sessions last weekend. The wide racing surface lends itself to consistent two and three wide, and the not uncommon four wide, racing that regular fans have come to expect at Plymouth Speedway.
2018 promises to be an exciting year at the track with new clay added to the racing surface. There is a new promotion for drivers with perfect attendance that will keep teams wrenching during the week to make the show each week.
The AMSOIL National Sprint Car USAC Sprint Series will be making a return visit to Plymouth Speedway May 5 with UMP Modifieds and Thunder Stocks.
Tickets for the May 5 show are $20 pre-sale online for adults.
Tickets for the April 28 Cabin Fever are $13 for Adults, Children 6 to 12 are $5 and free admission for kids 5 and under. Pit passes are $30 and available at the pit gate.
