State Senator Randy Head (R-Logansport) is inviting residents of Miami and Marshall counties to contact his office with any concerns related to the three new interchanges planned to be built along U.S. 31.
Governor Eric Holcomb recently announced funding for the intersections as part of his Next Level Connections plan. The interchanges will be built at U.S. 31 and State Road 18 and Business 31 in Miami County and State Road 10 in Marshall County.
“I am grateful to Governor Holcomb for setting aside funds for these interchanges, as they will create safer, easier travel on U.S. 31,” Head said. “With any kind of change, apprehension is normal, and I welcome the residents of Miami and Marshall counties to call my office and voice any questions or concerns they might have. I’ll keep a list of those who contact me to share additional details about the project as the Indiana Department of Transportation makes them available.”
