Joseph Health System (SJHS) and The Zone Sports Complex of Northern Indiana will offer a free youth sports combine September 15 from 8-11 am for students grades 5-8.
The free combine will offer kids rankings by age group, as well as data for coaches to help improve their team and young athletes’ performance. Testing and rankings include vertical jump, dot drill, broad jump, shuttle run and BMI.
Tests will be performed by the SJHS Sports Medicine team, including athletic trainers and physical therapists. The team will be overseen by the SJHS Sports Medicine director.
