Triton edged by Bethany Christian
BOURBON – Triton rallied, then had a rally fall just short in a wild home game Monday night, losing to Bethany Christian, 11-10. The Trojans scored a run in the seventh to force extra innings. In the top of the 8th, BC scored five, but Triton’s comeback came up one run short in the bottom half of the inning. Kaufman had four hits and three RBI to lead Triton, while Slusser and Shumpert (2 RBIs) had two hits apiece.
