MugShot_Jacob VanblaricomOn Tuesday June 26, officers with the UNIT concluded a several month’s long investigation involving the illegal sales of narcotics by Jacob Vanblaircom. Mr. Vanblaircom was located in rural Marshall County where he was taken into custody for Dealing in Cocaine Level 2 felony, two counts of Dealing in Cocaine level 6 felony, two counts of Maintaining a common nuisance level 6 felony and one count of Dealing in a controlled substance level 6 felony. Mr. Vanblaircom has been given a $100,000 cash bond for the above stated offenses.

 

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.  They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
