MugShot_Villalobos, MoisesMonday afternoon, April 9th, Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop at Oak and Jefferson Streets for a vehicle having an Illinois and Indiana license plate on it.

While speaking to the driver, 38 year old Moises Villalobos of South Bend is was found that he was suspended on an ID card since 2009.

Villalobos was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.
