arrested_handcuffsA Plymouth woman was arrested Monday evening by Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold for Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance.

About 10:30 in the evening, 36 year old Bethany Lawton of Walkerton was stopped on a traffic stop in the 1500 block of North Michigan Street in Plymouth.

After an investigation Ms. Lawton was arrested for OWI on a controlled substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Syringe.  She was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
