On Tuesday, June 11, Officer Bennett with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Tyler Road near Michigan Road.
26 year old Bradley James Lovely of Hamlet was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with an BAC of .08 or more. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
