Michigan City Pair Arrested for Drug Dealing by City Police

arrestsLast Thursday evening, June 20th Plymouth Police arrested two people from Michigan City for Dealing in a Controlled Substance and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.

About 6:00 PM Officer Arnold conducted a traffic stop in the Speedway Gas Station parking lot on N. Michigan St.

Officer Krynock deployed his K9 partner Castor on the vehicle and alerted officers to drugs.

The driver, 24 year old Timothy Grantham and his front seat passenger, 21 year old Kaysie Fugate were both booked into the Marshall County Jail for Dealing in a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Legend Drug.

Grantham was also charged with Maintaining a common Nuisance while Fugate had additional charges of Possession of a Syringe and Trafficking by an Inmate.
