New Jersey Man Arrested Following Crash on Multiple Charges

Arrested_handcuffOfficer Jerrid Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to a two vehicle accident at US 30 and Pioneer Drive about 10:30 Tuesday night.

The driver of one of the vehicles involved in the crash, 22 year old Daniel Viegas of Howell, NJ was arrested for Resisting Law Enforcement and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

He was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail with additional charges of Operating on a Controlled Substance and Operating on Schedule drug Causing Serious Bodily harm.  He was held on a $4,500 cash bond.
