61 year old Man Arrested for Dealing Marijuana Possession and Other Charges

MugShot_Wood WilliamCounty Police arrested a 61 year old man from Brownsburg on Sunday for Dealing in Marijuana possession with the intent to Deliver. 

About 12:30 in the morning, Officer Bennett stopped a vehicle on US 31 near 16th Road.  The driver of the vehicle, William C. Wood III was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Dealing Marijuana Possession with Intent to Deliver greater than 30 Grams but Less than 10 pounds  as a level 6 Felony, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Class A Misdemeanor, Possession of Marijuana, Class A Misdemeanor, and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance as a Class C Misdemeanor.

Mr. Wood was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
