Northcutt III Arrested by County Police for OWI

MugShot_willis northcuttMarshall County Police were dispatched to a personal injury crash on Friday, July 19th at 6:30 in the evening in the 19,000 block of Lincoln Highway.

Officer Rans located the driver of the vehicle and checked for any injuries.

An Operating While Intoxicated investigation was conducted and the driver, 41 year old Willis W. Northcutt III of Plymouth was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating A Vehicle While Intoxicated with a BAC of .15% or higher. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond and issued a Superior 2 court date of July 30.
