Corporal Bob DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the Plymouth Walmart on Monday evening, August 26th after a customer was observed leaving the store without paying for an automotive battery.
36 year old Peter Nguyen of South Bend was arrested about 5:30 for Theft and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond.
