South Bend Man Arrested for Leaving Walmart with Automotive Battery Without Paying

ShopliftingCorporal Bob DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the Plymouth Walmart on Monday evening, August 26th after a customer was observed leaving the store without paying for an automotive battery.

36 year old Peter Nguyen of South Bend was arrested about 5:30 for Theft and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond.
