Warsaw Man Arrested for Dealing Meth by County Police

On Friday night, December 20th Marshall County PoliceĀ  Officers working patrol in the area of US 31 and 12th Road observed a vehicle traveling southbound exceeding the speed limit.

Officer J. Gorny initiated a traffic stop in the area of US 31 south and 18th Road on a 2001 Ford Escort. During the investigation it was discovered the driver was in possession of Methamphetamine.

The driver, 43 year old Stephan Kozikowski of Warsaw was arrested for Dealing in Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Dealing Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and held on a $50,000 cash bond.
