Fleming Arrested by County Police, Almost 3 Times Legal Limit

MugShot_sean fleming 12-1-19On Sunday, December 1 at approximately 4:40 in the morning Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy Blake Bennett conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of US 31 and 11th Road.

The driver was identified as 34 year old Sean Fleming of Walkerton.

Fleming was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test, which showed him to be almost three times over the legal limit of alcohol.

Sean Fleming was lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .15 or More.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
