On Tuesday, December 24th at approximately 11:30 at night, Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the report of a noise complaint coming from a party at 624 Pennsylvania Avenue.
19 year old Kegan Thomas of Plymouth was arrested for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
