On Sunday, December 29th at approximately 2:00 AM Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 100 block of East Garro Street after located it driving on the sidewalk.
The driver of the vehicle, 70 year old William Gaddey of New Carlisle was arrested for OWI with a previous conviction, and OWI endangerment. William Gaddey was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail with a blood alcohol content nearly four times the legal limit.
