arrested_handcuffsOn Thursday, September 12th, Plymouth Police were dispatched to 1420 West Madison Street for a Unwanted Guest.

Officer Beatty arrived and spoke with the suspect, 49 year old Barbara Finney of Bremen.

Finney refused to leave the property after being asked multiple times and was then placed into police custody.  She was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

Barbara Finney was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Public Intoxication, Trespassing and Possession of Controlled Substance and held on a $2,000 cash bond.
