MugShot_terry Sabo 9-10-19Bourbon Police arrested a man Tuesday night following the report of an armed burglary.

Just before 10:30 Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger was dispatched to a home in the 400 block of East Liberty Street for a man breaking into the residents with a knife.

The police report states that 33 year old Terry Lee Sabo with the same East Liberty Street address cut himself on the windows he had broken trying to gain entry into the home.

Officer Geiger located Mr. Sabo outside of the residence.  He was transported to the hospital for treatment and then released and cleared for the Marshall County Jail.

Terry Sabo was booked into the Marshall County Jail on charges of Burglary as a level 2 felony, Intimidation with a deadly weapon as a level 5 felony, Residential Entry as a level 6 felony and a misdemeanor charge of Criminal Mischief.
