Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the report of a male subject that was in the back yard of a residence in the 1,000 block of West LaPorte Street Tuesday night about 10:45.
The officer located a male in the backyard of a residence. He was identified as 47 year old Brad Morcombe of Plymouth.
During an investigation it was determined that Morcombe did not reside at the residence and he was arrested for public intoxication and incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail.
