owi-arrestTuesday morning, March 26th at 1:20, Officer Emenhiser with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of 520 West Jefferson Street, the Pak-A-Sak gas station.

It was discovered that the driver, 29 year old Dennis E. Bradley of Rochester was operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  He was transported to the hospital due to unrelated injuries and then transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
