OWI_Controlled SubstanceSaturday morning, December 21st about 2, Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on 25 year old Kyle Brockus near the intersection of North Oak Drive and Hoham Drive.

After an investigation Brockus was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance. He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
