Plymouth Police Officer David Finn was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Office on Tuesday, October 22nd for a reported failed drug screen.
After further investigation, 58 year old James R. Browning of Grovertown was arrested for the Probation Violation and Interfering with a Drug Screen. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $500 cash bond.
