CGA 10th after first day
CARMEL – CGA’s girls golf team stands in 10th place after the first day of the state finals being played at the Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel. Homestead leads second place Evansville North by nine strokes with an 18-hole score of 302. Their top player, Morgan Dabagia, was at 2-under (70), and leads the entire field. CGA’s team score is 353, led by Reece Wilson’s 77. NorthWood sophomore Cybil Stillson carded a 75 and is 5th overall. The Lady Panthers are 7th. All 15 teams will play the second round today starting at 8:30 a.m.
