CGA’s Allen on to state
NEW CARLISLE – Culver Academy’s Lexi Allen placed 13th overall at the New Prairie Northern Semi-state meet Saturday to qualify for the state meet next weekend in Terre Haute. Her time was 19:16. CGA finished 11th as a team. Allen’s teammate, Marissa Rivera, was 25th overall (19:34) and Plymouth’s Ashley Rosas was 36th (19:58).
In the boys semi-state race, Plymouth finished 11th and Culver Academy 15th. Plymouth’s Konnor Ray was 24th overall with a time of 16:40 and missed advancing to the state meet by about two seconds and three places.
