Sunday morning, May 26th, about 10:30 the Marshall County Dispatch Center received two separate calls advising of a reckless driver eastbound on US 30.
After observing the vehicle pass, Plymouth Police Officer Shelley Church initiated a traffic stop east of Plymouth Goshen Trail.
During her investigation she determined that 27 year old Joseph M. Alvarado of Chicago was Operating While Intoxicated. He was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail for OWI and Possession of Cocaine and a Controlled Substance and held on a $4,500 cash bond.
