MugShot_White,TheodoreOfficer Hollopeter with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and an officer with the Bourbon Police Department conducted a traffic stop Saturday that ended with the arrest of a Chicago Man. 

About 2:15 Saturday morning, August 17th, the officers conducted a traffic stop on a black sport utility vehicle for unsafe lane movement at US 30 and Elm Road.

As a result of a roadside investigation, 48 year old Theodore White of Chicago was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person as an A Misdemeanor.
