Driving Without a licenseA Plymouth man was arrested on Saturday, March 16th for Operator Never Licensed.

About 5 p.m. on Saturday, Officer Krynock initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by 34 year old Almendarez-Zelaya for a traffic infraction.

During the traffic stop it was discovered that the driver was operating the vehicle having never received a license. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond.  He was released two hours later after posting bond and given a Marshall Superior Court II date of April 16th for his initial hearing.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
