Drug ArrestsPlymouth’s new K9 assisted in the arrest of two people on Sunday. June 2nd.  About 7:30 in the evening Officer Arnold conducted a traffic stop on vehicle near the intersection of Jim Neu Drive and Oak Drive.

Officer Krynock deployed his K9 partner, Castor and he alerted on the vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle, 35 year old Scott E. Pike of Rochester was arrested on an outstanding Marshall County warrant for Failure to Appear and for Possession of a Legend Drug, Possession of marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $250 cash bond for the warrant and a $3,000 cash bond for the other charges.

The front seat passenger in the vehicle, 40 year old Jena Manns of Rochester was arrested for Possession of a Legend Drug, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Trafficking with an Inmate into to correctional facility. She was held in the County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
