In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the lunar landing and International Observe the Moon Night, the Warsaw Astronomical Society and Potawatomi Wildlife Park are partnering to present a night with our moon. The evening will begin with a public talk about our Moon and Moon landings followed by observing the Moon, Saturn and Jupiter through telescopes.
The program will be held at Potawatomi Wildlife Park at the Bessinger Pavilion Saturday evening October 5th starting 8PM. The observing portion of the night is pending clear skies.

Potawatomi Wildlife Park is a 300 acre nature park open free of charge to the public and is Indiana’s first Dark-Sky Preserve.
