County BuildingThe Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 8:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda for the meeting includes a report from the County Highway Department where Jason Peters, Superintendent will open bids for the Community Crossing construction and resurfacing projects.

David Stough will discuss a drainage issue on Maple Road with the commissioners and EMA Director Clyde Avery will update the commissioners on the Safety Committee recommendation to upgrade the AED’s in the county.

Greg Christian from Bourbon Township will discuss 12th Road while Sheriff Hassel will present a grant application request.

Christine Stinson from the Marshall County Health Department will request approval to apply for a Preparedness Grant and Ty Adley, the County Plan Director will presented a corrected ordinance.

Other agenda items for the County Commissioner’s meeting are the Attorney’s Report, Auditor’s Report, Commissioner Items and Ken Jones from Jones, Petrie and Rafinski will present a waste water presentation and details on the engineering report for the county.
