The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 9:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.
Agenda for their meeting includes the County Highway Report from Superintendent Jason Peters, Superior Court II Judge Dean Colvin discussing the possibility of implementation of a fourth court room and Plan Director Ty Adley with the Eads minor sub-division approval.
Also on the agenda is a discussion of shooting off fireworks in the county by Peggy Gantz, the Veteran Service Officer warning of finance companies charging veterans and Laura Garza with a flooding issue.
Pat Pearish will bring his concern of the condition of 13th Road between Peach Road and State Road 17 to the commissioners along with the County Attorney Report, Auditor’s Report and commission items.
The meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are always welcome.
