28 year old Cortnee L. Eggert of Plymouth was arrested by City Officers on Saturday, June 29th.

About 9:30 in the evening, city officers were dispatched to 204 South Kingston Road for a domestic disturbance. Officer Krynock conducted an investigation and determined that a battery had occurred.

Cortnee Eggert physically resisted officers and was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery and Resisting and held on a $1,000 cash bond.
