County BuildingThe Marshall County Drainage Board and Commissioner will meet Monday morning, August 19th beginning at 8:30 in the morning.  The meetings are held in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda for the Drainage Board includes a public hearing on the construction of the Bellman Tile Arm in German Township.   The board will also consider the variance request of Mr. storage at 813 Oak Drive and a variance request of John Bernero of the B.A. Curtis Ditch.

Don Dowdy is seeking a variance for the Elmer Seltenright Ditch and the Argos Drainage Plan will discuss the Myers Tile Arm #7.

The County Commissioners meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:30.  Their agenda includes a report from the County Highway Department, a presentation on document technology from Advanced Imaging Solutions and a request to apply for a CHIRP grant by Officer Troy Ulch from the Bremen Police Department.

The Commissioners will also hear from Mike Maddox  from the Lake Latonka Property Owners Association on roads and Technology Director Mike Marshall will present his quarterly report.  Superior Court II Judge, Dean Colvin will be back seeking support for the expansion of the court system in Marshall County with the addition of a fourth court.

Both meetings are open to the public and comments and questions are welcome at both meetings.
