The Marshall County Drainage meets Monday morning at 8:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
Agenda for the meeting includes several variance requests. Chad Walleske has a variance request on the Elmer Seltenright Ditch in North Township and the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation also has a variance request for the Myer’s Arm #7 of the Ballinger-Myers Ditch. The final variance is being sought by Bomarko on the Newcomb-Eisenhour/Schuh Ditch.
Also on the agenda will be Scott Pelath, Executive Director of the Kankakee River Basin Commission and an amendment to the Bellman Tile Report.
The meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
