MugShot_brandon noeFriday night, September 27th, just before midnight the Marshall County Centralize Dispatch Center received a call of a possible impaired or unsafe driver all over the roadway on U.S. 30. The vehicle was followed by the complainant onto U.S. 31 northbound from U.S. 30.

Officer Ayala with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop.  The officer offered the driver, 27 year old Brandon Noe of Bremen the opportunity to do standardized field sobriety testing.

The driver was then transported to Plymouth hospital for a chemical test where he was found to be almost four times the legal limit.

Noe was later transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated .15% or higher and OWI-Endangerment.

 

Brandon Noe was held on a $1500.00 cash bond.
