Jason Peters, Superintendent of the Marshall County Highway Department updated the commissioners this week on his department’s revenues.
The Motor Vehicle Highway (MVH) distribution for November 2019 came in at $368,870.92. Last year the November distribution was $349,615.67 so there was an increase of $19,255.25 over last year.
The Local Roads and Streets (LR&S) distribution for November was $67,350.21 while last year’s was $60,616.85 so there was an increase of $7,733.36.
Peters told the commissioner the Motor Vehicle Highway distribution for year-to-date is $3,893,686.36 which is down $359,965.30 from the same time last year.
