Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 812 North Plum Street on Wednesday, July 3rd just after one in the morning for a domestic disturbance in progress.
Officer Paul Stamper conducted an investigation and eventually took 40 year old Crystal C. Cooper into custody. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery in the presence of a child and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
