domestic+violenceJust before midnight on Tuesday, June 25th Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 812 North Plum Street for a report of a Domestic Battery between a mother and son.

Officer Emenhiser arrived on the scene and made contact with 41 year old Crystal Cooper and her 18 year old son.

It was learned that a domestic battery had occurred and both subjects had sustained injuries. Officer Emenhiser determined that Crystal Cooper was the primary aggressor. She was placed into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was charged with Domestic Battery and Possession of Marijuana and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
