MugShot_danny steinke 1-7-19A Culver man was arrested for early Saturday morning; January 5th after County Police located a meth pipe with residue in his vehicle.

About 12:15 Saturday morning, Officer Andrew Wozniak noticed a silver 2004 Pontiac passenger car sitting in the 1st Source Bank parking lot in LaPaz.

During his investigation his canine partner alerted to the presence of narcotics.   A search of the vehicle resulted in the findings of a methamphetamine pipe with methamphetamine residue.

41 year old Danny L. Steinke of E 250 S was processed into the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia and held on a $1,500 cash bond.  His bond was paid at 10:40 Sunday night and he was released with a February 19th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
