Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 223 West Adams Street Monday December 2nd at 8 p.m. for the report of a domestic situation.
Through an investigation by Officer Emenhiser it was discovered that 22 year old Darren M. Smith had intimidated the victim with a weapon.
Smith was placed into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
