On Saturday, June 8th, Marshall County Police were dispatched to a vehicle collision in the 14,000 block of State Road 10 about 6:45 in the evening.
Officer Gorny arrived on the scene and observed the driver who appeared to be intoxicated. A chemical test was preformed and the driver, 54 year old David Fear of New Bremen, Ohio was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated with a BAC of .15% or higher.
He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $4,500 cash bond.
