Marshall County Sheriff logoOn January 19th,2019 around 3:38am Marshall County Sherrifs Department received a 911
call of a Domestic Disturbance in progress. When officers arrived at the residence they
located Trevor Roth of Plymouth, IN was highly intoxicated and had battered a female at
the residence. Plymouth EMS were called to the residence and evaluated the female. The
female was then transported to the hospital for medical evaluation. Trevor was booked and
lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery, Battery resulting in moderate
bodily injury, and Battery resulting in Bodily Injury. Trevor was given a court date and
a bond for $1500.00.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable
cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only
probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent
throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to
a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable
doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
